16.00h to 19.00h - Participant arrival and registration and set-up area
16.00h - Merchandise area open, Support crew arrive for set-up within designated area
19.30h - Racer briefing 
19.55h - ALL BBU Racers called to the start line
20.00h - Start of 1 flag-off for all runners
21.00h - Start of second lap
22.00h - Start of third lap
23.00h - Start of fourth lap etc.

Sunday 16th October 2022

Loops will continue as long as long as there are 2 or more runners still competing.

At the end of the event, we will have a small awards ceremony to congratulate the racers.
