What is WAH, SUP?
We’ve teamed up with the awesome team at Aloha Sea Sports Centre to bring you a fun event at East Coast Park. WAH, SUP! is a multi-sport race whereby participants will complete a fixed loop on a stand up paddle board, followed by an out and back) run. Everyone is welcome!
In waves of 15 people, racers will start on the beach in front of ASSC and paddle along the coast to a designated point. From this turn around point, racers will paddle back towards ASSC for a total paddle distance of 1km or 2km. Racers will then leave their assigned boards and start the 5km or 10km (out and back run) along East Coast Park.

*You MUST be able to swim 50m with a Personal Flotation Device (PFD) on to enter this event.
Of course, we’re conforming to all mandated safety and health regulations, and we’re making sure everyone stays safe while having fun.
